Partical Board

Particle board is also called bagasse board. It is made of wood or other lignocellulosic materials. After applying adhesive, it is glued under heat and pressure. Mainly used in furniture manufacturing, construction industry, train and automobile carriage manufacturing.

Because the particle board has a relatively uniform structure and good processing performance, it can be processed into large-format panels as required. It is a better raw material for making furniture of different specifications and styles. The finished product particle board does not need to be dried again, can be used directly, and has good sound absorption and sound insulation properties. But it also has its inherent shortcomings. Because the edges are rough and easy to absorb moisture, the edge banding process of furniture made of particleboard is particularly important. In addition, due to the large volume of particleboard, furniture made of it is also heavier than other boards.

According to the structure of the particleboard: single-layer structure particleboard; three-layer structure particle board; gradient structure particle board; oriented particle board; waffle particle board; molded particle board.

 According to the manufacturing method: flat pressed particle board; extruded particle board. According to the raw materials used: wood particle board; bagasse particle board; flax chipboard; cotton stalk particle board; bamboo particle board, etc.; cement particle board; gypsum particle board.
